Knowledge Management (KM) that each company owns has become one of the important aspects in measuring the success of the company in this new-economy era nowadays. A company that can manage their knowledge well has the opportunity to level up their competitive valuethat is the basic of efficiency aspect and working affectivity. In a company that works in banking industry, KM is a process that has to blend in work activities so it would raise the workers competency. One of IT application that has strong bond with knowledge sharing is eLearning, the training or the educating based on IT. THere is a similarity in those two applications which is sharing or transfer knowledge to the users. The objection of this thesis is to research and explore this program on training development, in this case KM based eLearning on banking industry. This subject can be doable because of the standardization that's used by KM and eLearning which makes it possible to integrate between the KM and eLearning. This research has provided a KM activity that can be used by an organization as a new model for eLearning training system development in banking industry. Aside from the systematical support from KM to eLearning, there is also an architectural recommendation which takes a form of frame work and KM role technology in sharing knowledge with eLearning module.
