ABSTRACT Name : Theresia Devy Randha Saraswati Study Program : Information System Title : Availability level evaluation case study on PT XYZ’s data center design utilized compliance audit method with standard TIA-942 2010 Enterprise process business dependency on technology, demands a data center infrastructure with high availability. However, it is often not accomplished so that enterprise should encountered great loss. Evaluation of data center infrastructure design should be executed to determine availability level. In this research, evaluation utilized compliance audit as method to determine the compliance between data center infrastructure design with requirements and specifications in standard. Standard TIA-942 2010 is used as standard in this research. Tier levels measurement that related to availability level of data center infrastructure design and recommendation consideration for improvement can be done using TIA-942 2010.
