A contact centre is a centralized office used for the purpose of receiving and transmitting a large volume of customer care requests. Now a days, costumer care in technical domain is mostly based on e-mail and replying to so many emails is time consuming. We present a technique to automatically reply customer e-mails by selecting the appropriate response template. The system can have great impact in the contact centers. The system has been evaluated and it achieves a good performance.
