In past few years, we have taken considerable interest in the technology of intranet portal. Using the intranet technology is a must and needed by organization. The requirement of centralized corporate information become a primary need. having an intranet portal will accomplish the needs of information both company and employee. PT. VICO Indoensia as an oil and gas company, had been realized this unrefuse requirement. Therefore, they need an integrated and comprehensive plan to enhance the existing unstructured website. The objectives of this document is to get a reference in designing the VICO Intranet portal as one stop information gateway, the management of content to obtain the content which is attractive and up to date and an implemntation of knowledge management into intranet portal.
