Analisis Karakteristik Cloud Computing dan Tingkat Kematangan Infrastruktur TI Universitas Indonesia
Semakin beragamnya jenis organisasi yang mengimplementasikan cloud computing memberikan perbedaan mengenai bagaimana karakteristik layanan cloud computingtersebut diberikan kepada pengguna. Implementasi cloud computing juga meningkatkan kematangan infrastruktur TI dari organisasi. Organisasi harus mampu menilai seperti apa karakteristik dari layanan cloud computing yang disediakan, serta mampu mengukur tingkat kematangan dari infrastruktur TI miliknya. Universitas Indonesia adalah perguruan tinggi negeri yang sudah mengimplementasikan teknologi cloud computing dalam model penempatan private cloud dan public cloud.
Untuk itu, penelitian ini berfokus untukmengidentifikasi bagaimana karakteristik yang ada pada layanan cloud computingdan tingkat kematangan infrastruktur TI pada Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif melalui wawancara kepada perwakilan dari direktorat pengelola infrastruktur TI di Universitas Indonesia.
Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bentuk implementasi dan karakteristik cloud computing yang terdapat pada layanan cloud computing Universitas Indonesia. Selain itu juga diidentifikasi tingkat kematangan infrastruktur TI berdasarkan Gartner Infrastructure Maturity Model.

Cloud Computing Characteristics and IT Infrastructure Maturity Level Analysis in Universitas Indonesia
Increasingly diverse types of organizations implementing cloud computing makes a difference on how the characteristics of cloud computing services is provided to the users. Implementation of cloud computing are also increasing the maturity of an organization's IT infrastructure. Organizations must be able to assess what the characteristics of cloud computing services provided, and to be able to measure the level of maturity of their IT infrastructure. Universitas Indonesia is the university that have implemented cloud computing technologies in the private cloud and the public clouddeployment models.
To that end, this study focused on identifying the characteristics that exist in cloud computing services and the level of maturity of IT infrastructure at the University of Indonesia. Qualitative research was conducted through interviews with representatives of the directorate whichmanages IT infrastructure at the University of Indonesia.
The study concluded the implementation and characteristics of cloud computing those are found in Universitas Indonesia’s cloud computing services. It also identified the maturity level of the IT infrastructure by using Gartner Infrastructure Maturity Model.
