Penerapan proyek prangkat lunak yang sukses adalah keinginan dari setiap pengembang proyek perangkat lunak, Menurut data dari Standish Group 2018 keberhasilan pengembangan proyek prangkat lunak masih sangat kecil yaitu sebesar 23%. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini akan melakukan action research pada PT Phincon yang mempunyai core bisnis dalam pengembangan proyek perangkat lunak untuk melihat seberapa besar keberhasilan proyek di perusahan tersebut yang kemudian mengetahui faktor apa saja yang menjadi faktor kunci kesuksesan proyeknya. PT Phincon (Phintraco Consulting) adalah anak perusahaan Phintraco Group yang merupakan perusahaan konsultan dan jasa Teknologi Informasi yang berdiri sejak tahun 2001. Phincon memiliki visi menjadi mitra bisnis pilihan untuk customer relationship management (CRM) dan Middleware Solutions di Indonesia dan Asia Pasifik. Dalam mencapai visi dan misinya menjadi mitra bisnis pilihan Phincon harus memliki tingkat keberhasilan pengembangan proyek yang tinggi, tetapi masih terdapat pengembangan proyek perangkat lunak yang mengalami kegagalan seperti melebihi dari target waktu yang telah ditentukan. Untuk itu Phincon mempunyai Standard Operation Procedure dengan indikator penyelesaian proyek tepat waktu sebesar 100% yaitu terdapat pada dokumen Standard Operation Procedure Implementasi Proyek Phincon. Permasalahan ini terlihat dari dokumen resource and allocation project Phincon 2 tahun terakhir, yaitu pengembang proyek perangkat lunak yang tepat waktu masih sebesar 60%, sedangkan keterlambatan pengembang proyek perangkat lunak sendiri sebesar 21% dan proyek lainya masih dalam proses pengembang yaitu sebesar 19%, jika keterlambatan pengembang proyek ini terus berlanjut Phincon tidak akan bisa mencapai visi dan misinya dan juga merupakan permasalahan core bisnis dari PT Phincon. Untuk menentukan faktor kunci kesuksesan proyek penelitian ini menggunakan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) yang terdiri dari kriteria dan alternatif faktor kesuksesan proyek. Metode pengambilan data penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pairwise comparison dan responden penelitian yaitu karyawan PT Phincon yang terlibat langsung dalam pengerjaan proyek, kemudian dilakukan olah data dengan AHP dan diperoleh tujuan proyek yang jelas adalah alternatif dengan peringkat tertinggi kemudian diikuti oleh komunikasi, perencanaan proyek, komposisi tim yang jelas, dukungan top manajemen, alokasi sumber daya yang tepat, perubahan kebutuhan proyek, pendanan proyek, kompetensi tim, metodologi pengerjaan proyek, waktu proyek. Berdasarkan peringkat yang didapatkan kemudian dilakukan wawancara untuk memperoleh tanggapan pemangku kepentingan terhadap hasil penelitian.

The successful implementation of software projects is the desire of every software project developer, according to data from the Standish Group 2018, successful software development is still very small at 23%. Therefore this research will conduct action research on PT Phincon which has a core business in software project development to see greater development projects in this company then looks for what factors are the key factors in developing the project. PT Phincon (Phintraco Consulting) is a subsidiary of the Phintraco Group which is a consulting and information technology company that was founded in 2001. Phincon has a vision to become the preferred business partner for customer relationship management (CRM) and Middleware Solutions in Indonesia and the Asia Pacific. In achieving its vision and mission to be a business partner Phincon's choice must have a high level of success in project development, but still requires the development of software projects needed and more than a predetermined time target. For this reason, the Phincon has a Standard Operating Procedure with an indicator of timely project completion of 100%, which is based on the Standard Operating Procedure document for the Implementation of the Phincon Project. This problem can be seen from the resource project documents and Phincon allocations in the last 2 years, namely timely software project developers still at 60%, while the delay of the software project developers themselves is 21% and other projects are still in the process of project developers by 19%, if the delay of the project developer continues Phincon will not be able to achieve its vision and mission and is also the core business of PT Phincon. To determine the key factors for the success of this research project using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) consisting of alternative and criteria success factors of the project. The data collection method of this study uses a questionnaire with a pairwise comparison scale and research respondents, namely PT Phincon employees who are directly involved in the project, then do the data processing with AHP and obtained clear project objectives are alternatives with the highest rank then followed by communication, project planning, clear team composition, top management support, appropriate resource allocation, changes in project requirements, project funding, team competency, project work methodology, project time. Based on the ratings obtained, interviews were then conducted to obtain stakeholder responses to the results of the study.
