Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kesenjangan antara harapan dan kenyataan bahwa target dari platform JDIH tidak tercapai sehingga belum mendukung target pencapaian pada rencana strategis. Penerimaan platform JDIH terhadap kebutuhan pengguna dalam mengakses dokumentasi dan informasi hukum belum dilakukan evaluasi sehingga rata-rata persentase kunjungan hanya sebesar 15%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan pengguna terhadap platform JDIH serta rekomendasi yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengunjung platform JDIH. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods dengan menggunakan model TAM sebagai teori dasarnya lalu menambahkan model IDT, DMISM, dan variabel Habit sebagai variabel eksternalnya. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan sebagai data primer diperoleh dari hasil survei yang disebarkan kepada responden di Kabupaten Majalengka yang terdiri dari 50 indikator dalam 13 variabel diantaranya variabel Keuntungan Relatif (KER), Kompatibilitas (KOP), Kompleksitas (KOM), Observabilitas (OBS), Trialabilitas (TRI), Kualitas Informasi (KUI), Kualitas Sistem (KUS), Kualitas Layanan (KUL), Kebiasaan (HAB), Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan (PKP), Persepsi Manfaat Penggunaan (PMP), Niat Untuk Menggunakan (NUM), dan Penggunaan Sistem (PES). Metode pengolahan data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode PLS-SEM dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa faktor Keunggulan Relatif, Kebiasaan, Persepsi Manfaat Penggunaan, dan Niat Untuk Menggunakan dapat memengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap penerimaan pengguna dalam menggunakan platform JDIH. Berdasarkan faktor-faktor tersebut disusun rekomendasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam menyusun kebijakan pemerintah dalam meningkatkan pengunjung pada platform JDIH.

This research was compromised by the discrepancy between expectations and the fact that the objectives of the JDIH platform were not met, so that they did not support the strategic plan's achievement goals. The acceptance of the JDIH platform for the requirements of users to access documentation and legal information has not been evaluated, so the average number of visits was only 15%. This study's objective is to identify the factors that influence user acceptance of the JDIH platform, as well as any recommendations that can be made to enhance the platform's user base. The research employed a mixed-methods strategy by employing the TAM model as its fundamental theory and supplementing it with the IDT, DMISM, and Habit variables models as its external variables. The primary data collection is derived from the results of a survey distributed to respondents in the district of Majalengka. The survey consists of 50 indicators in 13 variables, including Relative Advantage (KER), Compatibility (KOP), Complexity (KOM), Observability (OBS), Trialability (TRI), Information Quality (KUI), System Quality (KUS), Service Quality (KUL), Habits (HAB), Perceptions Ease of Use (PKP), Perceptions Benefit of Use (PMP), Intention to Use (NUM), and System Usage (PES). Using the PLS-SEM technique and the SmartPLS application, the quantitative data processing procedure is carried out. The findings of this study indicate that Relative Advantage, Habits, Perceptions Benefit of Use, and Intention to Use can significantly influence user acceptance of the JDIH platform. Based on these factors, guidelines for the formulation of government policies to increase the number of visitors to the JDIH platform are formulated as recommendations.
