The developments of science and computer technology has resulted in many new computer terms. If we want to get information about its meaning, we need a computer terms dictionary. However, it is just available in printed-form and it is not effective and practical. Nowadays, it appears mobile-based application which can be installed on a smartphone. One of smartphone operating system is often used by pepole is android operating system. Android is an open-source operating system. It provides an open-platform for developers to create application. Based on the conditions, we need a computer term dictionary application with android-based which is purposed to make people easier on finding the meaning computer term. The application is offline. The data-used is secondary data which is from the relevant reference books. Its design uses SDLC waterfall model and object-oriented software engineering with UML model. The used software testing are white-box testing, black-box testing and questionnaire for application evaluation This applican make people easier on searching computer term. It can be used on android smartphones with inimal version 2.3 gingerbread. The application execution speed is influenced by smartphone specification.
