PT. INDOSAT, TBK (the Company) has a large and integrated IT infrastructure of which has not yet a significant role in the distribution phase of reload voucherbusiness process. Therefore the Company has not acheved the expected level of service of its customers. Acknowledging this, the Information System Division of the Company has proposed the E'Billion project to optimize the IT function in the a forementioned voucher distribution path. This project is expected to enhance the customer service level as to the desired level. The proposal needs to be supported by the investment visibility study in order to be approved by the management. The visibility study is performed through two methods. One is the EVA methodology, which is to justify the value added of the investment and IE, which is to justify not only the measurable value added but also the unassessable benefit. The results of the visibility study using EVA shows positive value for the first five years while through IE it show a score of 81, which accordingly means that the E'Billion project will bring benefit to the Company.
