Strategic planning for information systems is one of the important things for an organization in using and developing information systems which should always align with the change of organization;s business strategy as the business grows. The purpose of this research is to make a strategic plan for information systems at PT. XYZ, a food manufacture company that has some sale representatives througout Indonesia. PT. XYZ is demanded to always give healthy food with affordable price to consumers so that the consumers will always loyal in consuming all products of the company. In this study, the process of strategic planning for information systems use Ward and Peppard methodology and combined with Anita Cassidy's methodology. THis combination is intended to make the analysis process and determination of stratefic. Plan for information systems that is determinet in this research gives a clear direction in developing information systems in the future and align with eht business strategy
