ABSTRAK

Blended Learning is a study process that combines Traditional Learning and Online Learning study model. In Blended Learning, some activities that usually hold in the class will be moved to online-based environment in order to retrenchtime of the activities, such as quiz that usually hold in class will be in an online manner. This study explores the effectiveness and performance evaluation toward learning process with Blended Learning by taking case studies in STMIK Mikroskil Medan in the field of Informatic Technology. Blended Learning has been hold by the field of Informatic Technology since 2005 by using the website of students organization, namely www.bitsmikro.com as tool for Blended Learning . It hasn't shown the qualities improvement of Blended Learning. Neither students nor lecturers have yet to utilize the Blended Learning tool optimumly. In addition, alumnus involvement is still not adequate in facilitating Blended Learning. The methodology used is gathering data through questionaire. Evaluation that hold in this research done toward the lecturers, students, and alumnus that also using tool for Blanded Learning as a media to obtain the latest knowledge although have been graduated. The outcome of this evaluation is the effectiveness and performance if students, lecturers, and alumnus activities in learning process with Blended Learning, as well as hindrances encountered in the learning process, such as the limited time in accessing Blanded Learning tools.
