The implementation of bureaucracy which are reliable, professional, effective, productive in providing excellent service to the community is one of the goals of good governance implementation in local government, especially in Bogor Regency Government. To achieve these objectives, it needs to develop management systems and work processes which using appropriate services of information and communication technology (ICT). Information technology infrastructure is a foundation that will sustain the entire information system that will provide IT services to the oeganization, so it requires an adaptive infrastructure planning. TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) is a framework that will be used as a reference in designing the information technology infrastructure in Bogor Regency Government.
