ABSTRACT Name : Hillary Goretta H. Pasaribu Study Program : Information System Title : Criteria and Sub Criteria Analysis of Technology, and Adoption Factor of E-Voting Technology in the Election of President and Vice President in 2019 Election of President and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia is a big event nationwide held every five years by the KPU. The method used in the elections in Indonesia are voting or tick. Vote counting process was conducted in stages and thus require a relatively long time. On the other hand, the current technology has been growing rapidly. Approximately 31 countries are already using e-voting method for the election of the country in 2012. In Indonesia, the e-voting has been conducted for the village elections in several districts. Issues related to the utilization of this method of e-voting in elections is being discussed even had predicted would be implemented in the election for president and vice president in 2014 ago. There are many factors that influence the adoption of these technologies. Because this issue is a very broad issue and involve many stakeholders in this country. In addition, the implementation of e-voting is different from other IT implementations because the stakes are enormous. This raises the question about what criteria must be met by an e-voting technology when the technology is implemented. This research will identify the factors that influence the adoption of e-voting technology in Indonesia as well as the criteria and sub criteria of these technologies in the presidential and vice presidential election 2019. The method used to determine the sub criteria and weighting of criteria and sub criteria is Likert Scale and AHP. Meanwhile, the identification of factors will use interviews as a method and analyzed using thematic analysis. This research resulted in the criteria and sub criteria for e-voting technology and the weight of each criteria and sub-criteria. In addition, this study also identified factors that influence the adoption of e-voting technology in Indonesia.
