Impact of development is the movement of economic structure from agriculture. there is a conversion of land usage. we analyse this conversion, statistically, with canonical correlation. we found relation between land usage with regional income of Bekasi City. the X variable represent the land usage and Y represent regional income. by using SPSS software we analyze statistically that variable after ghatering data from year 2013 to 2007 at Bekasi district. for this purpose, we took two pairs of canonical weight (X1* : Y1*) And (X2* : Y2*). this values indicate the strong realation of X dan Y variable in general. increasing the land usage has impact to agriculture income followed by trading and transportation. first canonical weight (X1*) has been dominated by agriculture area (0,9951), half technical land (-0,9884), rain agriculture (0,9514), living place (0,8763), dry agriculture (0,5793), and forest & public garden (-0,9747), canonical weight (Y1*) has been dominated by food agriculture (0,9997), forest & public garden (-0,7412), also fishery and animal husbandry (0,9493). second canonical weight (X2*) has been dominated by agriculture area (0,83337), dry agriculture (0,7633). canonical weight (Y2*) has been dominated by land rent (0,8130) and trading & transportation (0,7315). but there are many land conversions from non-technical agriculture to become living place.
