In this globalization era, information becomes something that has a high commodity value and become something that is crucial. contribute information technology that is extraordinary in terms dissemination of information materials to various parts of the world without being limeted by space and time, so that the global nature of communications to and from all over the world where a country's boundaries to be gone and all the countries in the world as one interconnected to from a so-called global village or rural world. in the field of education today, internet use was a necessity. schools, educational institutions and universities have many who use the internet as a means of support for academic activities, well as learning tool and as a medium for accessing information systems, web-based services academic. thus the presence of information technology does not provide alternative education to the world other than participating in the use. successful implementation of information technology is very dependent on user acceptance as users of technology. a nechnology acceptance model (technology acceptance model - TAM) to explain and predict user acceptance of technology [davis,1989]. this study aims to identify factors that influence user acceptance of information system web-basedacademic services, and to identify how the user acceptance model information system in academic service services AMIK BSI using the model to desribe the relationship factors that influence acceptance academic services information system is the technology acceptance model (TAM) with data analysis using structual equation modeling (SEM) on software analysis of moment structure (AMOS) version 6.0. the variables used in this study are exogemous latent variable as indenpedent variables (x) in the form of ease of use ( perceived ease of use), as well as endogenous latent variables as indenpedent variables (Y) that is the benefit (perceived usefulness), attitudes toward the use of (attitude toward using), behavior/intention to continue to use (behavioral intention to use) and the use of system significantly (actual system usage). from the result of the research note that the application of web-based academic services is influenced by the ease of. with the ease of use it will gain a benefit and the benefit will arise attitude and intetion to use, and thus the use of real system will be done by users.
