Organizations always encounter the turnover of experts or specialists. this result in the lost of tacit knowledge which embeded experts. knowledge management is indeed important tactic in capturing, extracting, and dissiminating knowledge within organizations. this study proposed a knowledge management system for human resource management (KMHR) using case base reasoning. the cases retrieve from knowledge base using cosine similarity. this KMHR system was applied in a software house where users and experts seemed to be satisfied with its performances.
