In this paper, we demonstated the need for jointly addressing QoS and security requirements. to this end, we devised a network policy framework entitled QoS2 which orchestrates between the conflicting requirements of QoS and security based on a MADM approach running at global security advisory system. the advisory system assesses current network security conditions based on real-time feedback from different monitoring system deployed over the network in a hierarchial fashion.
