ABSTRACT Name : Rifqi Putra Bahalwan Major : Information System Title : Analysis of Online Ojek Driver's Acceptance Factors Towards Mobile Wallet Services This research aims to analyze the acceptance factors towards mobile wallet services, GO-PAY and GrabPay, in driver's perspective. Factors that are used in this research were chosen from the past research, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory, and from the interview that are done with some of the staffs from GO-JEK for confirming the conceptual model that are going to be used in this research. The data collecting method that were used in this research is offline questionaire with GO-JEK's and Grab's driver as the main target respondent, and there are 118 data collected. The collected data were analyzed using Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling (VB-SEM) method or more commonly known as Partial Least Square (PLS), and using smartPLS 3.0 software to help analyzed and illustrated the model. Results shows that Trust was the main factor that support online driver's intention to use GO-PAY and GrabPay, and intend to keep using those services in the future. Also, the result shows that Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Security factors have a direct effect on Trust, while Perceived Ease of Use have an indirect effect on Trust.
