This paper describes an archirtectural design of a digital learning product service system (DL-PSS). Consisting of products and services, the DL-PSS includes (i) ICT infrastructures and their operational services, (ii) software products and their operational services,(iii) education programs and their implementation services, and (iv) an organizational structure to operate it. The user targets of the DL-PSS are teachers and students from primary schools (SD) across indonesia. DL-PSS that enables teachers to continue their study remotely while continuing to carry out their teaching duties is one solution to some of the problems in education. The DL-PSS is created specifically for primary schools in rural areas taht have distinctive characteristics such as difficulties in connect to the internet network, having less stable electricity supply, as well as having less supportive natural conditions. The ultimate goal of using DL-PSS is to improve the quality of education in primary schools across indonesia. Keywords: product, service,system,learning,digital learning
