Information Technology has entered into every business process level of the company, both profil or non-profil oriented company. One of the some companies is school. There many business processes in the school. The library process is one of some important business process in the schol,because the library has the important role to'support the school's primary process. Information technology gives solution to maximize the library process performance,the solution is e-library. In this paper, the authors describe how the customer relationship management based e-library developing by using structured IS develoment methodology. This system has the main objective to satisfy the library customer, library staff, comer, library member and other customers.
