In previous work we developed a middleware to overcome syntactical interoperability. Tested using interoperability assesment testing methodology, it was proven meeting the functional aspects, but not the non-functional ones just yet. As the non-functional testing, in this work we perform realtime testing, performance testing, and scalability testing at campus network environment. The testing results show that average CPU and memory usage of the designed middleware is under 13%, delivery time is under 1 second, sending rate of CoAP is 90 message/second, whilst that of MQTT is 41 messages/second and that of Websocket is 50 messages/second.
