rach types and product characteristic remain big challenge in order picking system design to fulfill customer need more responsive. This paper present an ant colony approach to solve multi-objective order picking problem in beverage warehousing with drive-in rack system. Extended parallel ant colony optimization for non-convex multi-objective mixed integer programming algorithm was used to find the pareto front solution. A LINMAP algorithm was used to find one point nearest to ideal solution in pareto front as decision making point. the algorithm was implemented into java programming approach to evaluate the model performance white comparing our approach with other approach in multi-objective order picking problem. A real case industrial problem was deployed to test the model behavior. The result indicated that the ant colony algorithm out performs other approach for solution in order picking operational.
