ABSTRACT
In today's competitive marketplace, increased emphasis has been placed on providing information on new media. This includes supplying the means to access data in an accurate and precise manner. The government's ability to collect vast amounts of information far exceeds its capability to distribute it. The World Wide Web (WWW) is becoming an indispensable commodity, for distributing information. This paper examines one government agency's use of the WWW technology in successfully meeting customer requirements.
