These days, people are very busy with so many task and activities in their life. With those activities, organizer is made to help them managing all the activities into a systematic schedule that minimize the risk of some of them forgotten. But in general, not all tasks can be scheduled by the owner, since people often complain that they have no more time allocation in the middle of all their activities. These are the type of problem the application is going to handle, task that even the user does not know when the task is going to be executed. The objective of this paper is creating an application that will be able to determine when to tell the user about their pending task even without the time and date data. Instead, the system will use the task's location parameter to compute and determine the perfect time to remind the user. In the future, this system can help a lot of people in managing their tasks in smarter way and effectively so that people can finish their entire task without have to worry for another additional pending task.
