This paper tries to analyze ethical problems in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in computer ontology especially in term of electronic documents. As an introduction it will be discussed what is computer and fundamental elements that form it? Start with the same understanding about computer ontology, hopefully it will be clear the discussion about computer technology and ethical impact, that will involve mainly old fashioned issues that already exist or the newest that can raise in computer technology. The next, to issues ethical matters, there will be some examples in ethical cases in computer world. The selected cases including typical case that often meet in ethical problems related to IPR, start from it, there will be selected some methods for ethical consideration to analyze each case.
