Scheduled and report activities is two of many things important for DPRD worker of kabupaten Tangerang. The scheduling important to remember all staf DPRD worker, include staff of secretaried DPRD Kabupaten Tangerang and SKPD for activities and responsibilites on the schedule has been made. More Important thing has not been talking in this paper because focus in this paper about scheduling and report only. In the reality, scheduling and reporting has still in traditional metode, with paper in too many cost, and risk of human error because forgot about distribution, lost of paper, or broke paper and anything else. Because of that thing, so condition need use system of information based by computer technology and SMS whereever has been theme report paper project. This project have vision to increase eficiency worker staff of DPRD Kabupaten Tangerang, and decrease budget about information application activity staff DPRD Kabupaten Tangerang based SMS Gateway.
