ABSTRAK

In a global competition and global market nowadays, organization needs to gain advantage from the usage of Information System. This organization tends to react quicker against any change in it's environment intiated by competitors, new regulations, etc., than any other cmpetitors who doesn't use information system. When management decides to use or implement Information System inside an organization, there will be some chanes happened in their organization's enviroment. Some of the changes include structure of the organization, new policies must be accepted, new way to communicate each other and the change in human behaviors. The implementation of information system itself bring along problems (e.g. human reluctancy, anexiety, etc) for the changes it made. An information technology manager should captured and solved these problems using their capability and knowledge in organizational basis. This thesis discuss implmentation of information system in an organization. It will consider aabout organization cultures, organization behaviors, human resources. problems and solutions. Hopefully this thesis can be used as a source for a manager who wants to implement information technology.
