This paper provides a technology which is the near field wireless communication based on the 2.4GHz RF-SIM technology. it implements that the mobile phone can communicate with orther terminals. this paper also point out some key technologies which are suitable for 2.4GHz RF-SIM technology, including the design of antenna, anti-collision algorithm, modulation circuits and security module.
