ABSTRACT Name : Intan Dwi Hapsari Major : Information System Title : Technology Readiness dan Dampaknya Terhadap Pengunaan Mobile Payment: Studi Kasus Go-Pay Counsellor : Dr. Achmad Nizar Hidayanto, S.Kom., M.Kom. This research was conducted to analyze the factors that influence the use of mobile payment, by using Go-Pay as research object. The modeling of mobile payment usage behavior is a combination of technological readiness theory, technological acceptance theory, valence framework, and usage pattern theory. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed online, which were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.7. The result of data processing to 1.225 respondents showed that technology readiness influenced significantly positive to perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and significantly negative to perceived cost and perceived risk. However, of these four factors only perceived risk and perceived usefulness that significantly affect the use intention. Furthermore, the results also show that facilitating conditions and use intention significantly and positively affect the usage rate of basic function, whereas the frequency of usage rate of innovative function of Go-Pay is influenced by facilitating conditions and the frequency of users in using the basic features (usage rate of basic function) Go-Pay. Key words: Mobile Payment, PLS-SEM, Technology Readiness, Theory Perception, Behavioral Intention, Usage Pattern, Go-Pay.
