ABSTRACT

PT. Bank XYZ, Tbk is private banking company which is currently developing a wide range of banking products and finance. One its product is the launching of E-Money. To support this business growth, a restore system is needed to record payment transactions to merchants who corporate previously with XYZ Bank in using E-Money as a means of payment. E-Money transactions are occuring at the merchant outlets and which have been provided with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machine. Internal data transactions will be received by the company whish is then ready to be recorded. E-Money Payment Restoration is started with the data withdrawal from internal system in PDF file format, the settlement staff will input one by one the data into excel format (xls, xlsx), up to the ending process that is printing entry Book Instruction (Surat Instruksi Pembukuan) and hand it over to Payment unit for payment often occurs. Therefore, the application that can support the reconciliation matching data that have been run in units Payment in with those in the One Purse system. The application design is done started with the problem analysis, requirements analysis and system design. For the design, writer use UML mode (Unified Modeling Language) and and the programming language is using PHP Database Management System (DBMS) MySQL. This application will help the unit settlement in creating transaction data recap, printing entry Book Instruction (Surat Instruksi Pembukuan) and the process of reconciliation.
