At the high school engaged in education, repayment is an important tool in supporting learning. Each student making payments, receiving payments still manually and not computerized makes reporting becomes long. Hence the need for a computerized system that can assist in the payment acceptance system for faster, easier and can assist in data reporting receipt of payment. In this report described the methods used in the collection of data by the method of observation, interviews, and study the literature. Having obtained further data collection methods of analysis of how the system will be created. Furthermore, using the method of payment acceptance system designs in use using the programming language PHP in designing the system and uses a MySQL database for data storage. The results achieved will simplify the process of receiving the payment, the payment enter data, print receipts and payment reporting, so as to improve the performance of payment.
