Name : Zanetta Aisha Dharmawan Study Program : Information System Title : Optimization of Interface and User Experience in Distribution Management System at PT BOSNET Distribution Indonesia as UI/UX Designer Counselor : Ichlasul Affan, M.Kom PT BOSNET Distribution Indonesia is a company that provides technology-based distribution solutions through a Distribution Management System (DMS). Although this system has facilitated various distribution processes, challenges in the user interface and user experience have affected efficiency and ease of use. To address these issues, the user interface and user experience were optimized through the development of more intuitive and responsive designs. The design development process followed the design thinking approach, which emphasizes understanding user needs, and used the scrum methodology for project management. The internship focused on the development of three main projects: Mobile Salesman, Dashboard, and JTI Retail. All designs were created using Figma as the primary design tool. As a result, these three projects successfully delivered user-friendly interface solutions, improved distribution process efficiency, and supported the company's productivity.
