The growth of Information and Communication Technology is very fast today. Web based application is one of information technology which may be possible doing business quickly. For the sake of giving good and fast services to the businessman in province of Riau, it is important to Government of Province of Riau to develope a web based system which called as e-government. All of services provided can be accessed by the businessman in province of Riau by only doing a single sign-on using their username and password. Features of services that will be offered by e-government aplication such as registration service, tax management handling service, tax amount computation service, and export import permit service. The Design of the web based e-government to be expected can give services quickly until the user of this application that is the businessman will be assisted to fill up the tax form, to compute amount of the corporate tax and arrange for permit of export import. Beside that, this application will urged the businessman in province of Riau to invest more.
