Abstrak Indonesia | Kualitas responsive web design diteliti terhadap aspek penjagaan kualitas informasi antar-device dan pengurangan aksi. Penelitian dilakukan pada 156 mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia melalui usability testing dan kuesioner. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan membandingkan rata-rata penilaian antar-environment dan menggunakan Anova. Penggunaan responsive web design pada mobile website terbukti menjaga kualitas user experience dalam aspek home functionality, readability content, dan enjoyment of using website antar-device, namun tidak dalam aspek information architecture. Ia juga terbukti lebih baik 74% dibandingkan nonresponsive pada jumlah scroll saat pembacaan konten. Hasil sebaliknya terjadi pada jumlah scroll dan click saat eksplorasi information architecture masing-masing lebih buruk sebesar 26% dan 55%. |

Abstrak English | Research of responsive web design’s quality was conducted in aspects of maintaining information quality through any device and reducing click and scroll action. It was conducted to 156 students of Universitas Indonesia through usability testing and questionnaire. The data was processed by comparing the average judgment score between environments and by using Anova. Responsive web design use was proved to be able to maintain the user experience quality of website on home functionality, readability content, and enjoyment of using website yet not on information architecture. It was also proved to make a better website around 74% in total scroll used while reading content yet lost around 26% and 55% from nonresponsive website in total scroll and click used while exploring its information architecture. |
