IT Governance, an integral part of Corporate Governance, is a concept that become the answer of organizational demand to ensure value creation from IT and to ensure the return of IT investments. IT Governance has become a main priority of many organization. In Indonesia, the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises has issued a decree No. KEP-117/M-MBU/2002 about the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in State Owned Enterprises, The decree, along with the Law No.22/2001 about the Oil and Gas, has become the drivers for Good Corporate Governance, especially for State Owned Enterprise in Oil and Gas sector. The objective of this paper is to illustrate IT Governance in such enterprise through mapping in multi model in order to get a more comprehensive picture of the governance.
