Today, the growth of technology is increasing very rapidly. People can get information they need easily. In return, people tend to get confused with choise and face many difficultires in choosing because of all the information they receive. In 1973, Prof.Saaty came up with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), a priority-based method that supports subjectivity in making decisions. apparently, this method usually develops specifically a problem only, leaving many problems unsolved. That is why a dynamic AHP solution is developed in this research to help people find the answer for any problem they face. The dynamic AHP is a web-based program that used AHP method to answer any problems. It can add, edit problem and also dynamically change its priority and value. It is used in a website so everyone can use it. This web-based dynamic AHP has been tested and the result showed that it could be used up to four levels of hierarchy with eleven criterias for each parent. It also has the ability to adjust dynamically when it comes to adding, deleting criteria and changing the value of alternatives or criterias. Kata kunci : Dynamic Analytical Hierarchy Process
