Payroll is a very important field in order to improve the productivity of civil servants (PNS), as well us remuneration. This activity should get top priority of the goverment in order to attract workers who have compent skills along with the distribution of remuneration. Therefore, the author would like to build a program that can help organizations to simplify the process of remuneration. Remuneration is a rewards or remuneration given by goverment to the civil service as a gift of the achievements that have been given in order to achive government objectives. in connection with this, rhe concept of a standardized remuneration requires that the implementation of the remuneration stystem can run propelry and smoothly. remuneration in the supreme court and courts wich are below in it the set based desicion number : 070/KMA/SK/VI/2008 Date may 14,2008. implementation of remuneration to ralize human resources (HR) professionals and qualified in every field to help the implementation of duties and function of the supreme court. by using a computerizes system made application remuneration information stystem with microsoft visual basic 6 can help both in terms of enployee absenteeism, employee data management, data management group, data management remuneration, and reports required by the user to corrt the accuracy of data and can receiver information as well as the accuracy of the data remuneration.
