In air transportation, important matter which must reach is how plane earn safely conduct landing. therefore pilot in conducting landing have to really instruct plane at light runwat at airport base and used sequence flashing light (SFL) as the part of visual aid. the worse condition of SFL is if one of natural lamps have trouble like off lamp. this matter become constraint for air transportation, because SFL do not to result landing of airplane. to solve problem, we design a monitoring appliance simulator of SFL by using micro controller AT89S51 with scale 1:100, and other electronics component electronics component to control the condition of SFL. result of simulator examination obtained some information that is simulator work better, for receiver and transmitter mean time to transmit data is 0,56 second, with mean deviation 0,04.
