Through analysis on comprehensive development of internet things (IOT), internet and computer telephony integration (CTI) in modern logistics, this paper provides a logistic information coalition perception solution supported by IOT and unified information technology. logistic IOT unified information system (UIS) coalition information perception is to use radio frequency identification (RFID), CTI and internet of IOT, combining with EPC service and coding analysis technology of IOT system as well as API progamming interface and AT command of GSM modem to carry out system program development, it carries out specific analysis on GSM modem PDU coding technology and realizes SMS mobile infomation communication, and enable RDF, SMS to combine with e-mail on internet for combinational application, equips logistic IOT UIS with ubiquitous service ability, realizes logistic coalition information perception and interaction management: the interactive applications and test prove the operability and feasibility of the logistic IOT UIS coalition information perception mode.
