Venture enterprises' value is not only influenced by too many factors, sush as technology, market, management external environment and so on, buat also vary from time to time and full for uncertainty. this paper designs a set of assessment index according to the influence factors interrelated to VE investment value, establish grey multi-hierarchy assessment model based on grey theory, and do a analysiis in a case, which provides a scientific method for assessment. by this analysis, it will help to learn the development prospective of the project and assess the comprehensive value.
