Artificial neural network is one of computer science fields which is intensifely developed. The end result of a football match is something that can not be predicted with 100% accuracy, but from the match data, we can determine a pattern that can be used to predict the end result of a match. This paper elaborates a search regarding the development of soccer match pattern using artificial neural network. The purpose of this research is to predict match result accurately using artificial neural network. The process of predicting match result can be performed using software which implements artificial neural network with one hidden layer and backpropagation algorithm.
