This paper elaborates upon the designing of an information system for assesing team of researchers in various institution, at Indonesian institute of sciences. This project is one step TP21 LIPI project application development which is granted by competitive research 2008 ,an open source base E-Goverment Framework Develoment. This step is conducted after the analysis step is perfomed using structured desiging based in modeling tools such as entity rellationship diagram (ERD) and file structure.The Final result of this design are the entity relationship diagram and table specification/file structure which comprises of researcher, works unit, functional grade researcher, classes, researcher dossier and erudition tables. this designwill be farther used as a basis for the develoment of TP12 LIPI information system.
