This research investigates the way to implement cryptography services which can be applied to goverment information system. This research aims to developed services for authentication, security and integrity of data in the web-based information system application which is used often by government. The system developed is expected to be good enough to prevent the system from intruder. From the study, it is found that by using the HTTPS mutual authentication and database encryption the instrusion such as identity falsification and data changing can be avoided.
