Nowadays, people are more likely to keep document in electronic form (e-document), because it is easier to access and to maintain. E-document system can work through internet so it is more easlily accessed and collected by user. BaKTI as a social organization under the world bank which server information about East Indonesian Development, has to provide information ( document, report, paper, etc ) to any related user needing information. in a try to improve this task, BaKTI needs an application that can run throughinternet such as e-document so anyone can access it at any time and from any place. In this research, application was developed in PHP and placed in a web server connected to MySQL database server. This application supports e-document system and the document can be uploaded by anyone who needs it. This application also provides a searching facility for comparing data between cities.
