IT resource (both hardware and software)that currently support teaching and laerning implemented within the Higher Education Institution (HEI) could not support all the needs of all collaborative service deliveries. This research aims to explore the potenials of the use of freeware in a aspect of collaborative sarvice delivery. An experimental implementation and use of a web conferencing freeware for te delivery of a calloborative teaching session resulted in encouraging findings. The experience demonstrated that the values of service delivery and customer experience can be enhanced further with minimal costs.
