Library should continue to develop its collection in order to meeet the informations needs of its users. one of the efforts undertaken by the library is to provide electronic resources. The considerable cost of subscribing to electronic resources is being concerned if usage is not optimal. Many factors can affect users to reuse the services provided by the library. This study aims to examine the reasons underlying the users to re-use IEEE Xplore e-resources as library services. Student and Lecturers of university of indonesia who have accessed IEEE Explore are the research subjects. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is performed to test the hypothesis. Atotal 0f 115 respondent data were analyzed using a variance-based structural equation modeling (SEM0 procedure and using smartPLS software (v.3.2.6). The results showed that perceived usefulness and satisfaction had significant effect on continuance intention.
