UWB (Ultra Wide Band) technology is a werelees aplication technology that works at a of 3.1-10.6 GHz. This technology is designed to transmit high data speed in a indoor enviroonment. MB-OFDM (Multiband Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing0 UWB is one of the UWB data transmision systems. Symbol on the is not sent continously on a single frequency band, but they are interleaved on a different sub band of time and frequency to recude multiple acsses interfrence. Modeling appropriate channel for this system is through an indoor channel modeling which is modified Saleh-Valenzuela (S-V) Channel model with NLOS conditions (Non Line of Sight). Based on simalation result , for modified Saleh-Valenzula channel model with threshold BER as 10 and bit rate 480 Mbps are found : QPSK need SNR (Signal to noise ratio)14.5dB and 16.5 dB. Keywords- UWB, MB-OFDM, BER, modified saleh- Valenzula
