In this paper, smart environment and ubiquitous robot are proposed to implement human-robot symbiotic system. We proposed to integrate physical world and digital world through object recognition and localization using UFAM (Ubiquitous Functions Activation Module). Concept of ubiquitous robots and their services is described. Implementation of user knowledge and web knowledge using GData and syndication format is proposed. Finally, example of weather forecast information for symbiotic system is described.
