Intel's experience with Internet connectivity is described in this document. Internet connectivity has emphasized the importance of mail system in- terconnectivity within the corporation, as well as signified the need for a corporate-wide network architecture. Users have demanded guidelines for usage of the Internet. Each of these areas will be discussed and recommendations made which other large corporations facing some of the same issues, may find helpful.
