ABSTRACT

According to the WHO and the Global Burden of Disease (GDB), kidney and urinary tract diseases accounted for 850 000 deaths annually, this means occupied ranked 12th highest death rate or the highest rating by 17 the number of defects. The death rate of patients with kidney disease increases, because lack of knowledge about the early symptoms of kidney disease and kidney disease in certain health facilities in Indonesia is still very limited. To help reduce the increase in kidney disease patients, one of which uses an expert system application. Expert systems (expert systems) are systems that try to adopt human knowledge to computer, so the computer can solve a problem like that done by experts. Application of expert systems research aims to identify risk kidney, kidney disease condition so that it can be concluded from someone using fuzzy logic. Diagnostic results are presented using the android mobile devices easier and more practical for use by doing a search in accordance with rules established by the fuzzy logic.
